Last exam results

Hi people!!!

I have my last exam result I needed to know and it is a pass!! Not only did it make me happy (no solo me puso contento, pero tb..), but I also regained (volver a adquirir) confidence in myself and the mental strengh I will need to keep on (seguir) doing well this last months.

So if I do as I am doing and I pass these 4 subjects (quite difficult ones) I would only have to do the last project to finish (easy). And what the hell, I will try to do it through these months just in case.

So next year if I pass everything, having only the last project I could start a new master they are going to offer in San Mames for the first time in The Basque Country and as I would be in the first wave of engineers I could work later in hospitals with doctors and perhaps with my football team: Athletic Club Bilbao!!

This job would be all about taking meassures of signals from the body and make programs to watch it on computers.

Another opcion is to touch my balls while studying german almost for free in the language school of Deusto, (but there could not be place because loads of people want to learn now.. I was first!!)Meanwhile I could find a job as well here.

And another one, the most daunting (acojonante) challenge, would be to go to UK to study a master there (what could be very difficult because of the money), or to go to Germany with more chances to find a job, but I would have to arrange a lot o f thing because I would like to find a cheap language school there as there it is in Bilbao.

And despite I like it, I have to say that if Germany is close to what it is in UK, oh dear, that’s life!!! And with money and girls and a good environment politics!! For example I saw in the tv that if you recycle the machine pay you over 60 cents per a normal bag full of plastic!

So we’ll see but the good news is that I am finally ending this shit.

Snow under

Hi everyone!!

So the second half of my course has started and I am snow under (hasta el cuello)already. I have plenty of work to do and a couple of jobs we have to do in groups so it is more stressful as it can worry you if somebody is doing nothing while you are working as a dog for example. Furthermore we have to explaing stuff to other people in some subjects so I have decided not to overdo alcohol until I finish my exams. I have a cousin dinner in 2 weeks, but it will be the last one. This weekend for instance, I will go hiking to any mountain, so if anyone feel like going just tell me. I would like to go to the Mugarra on Sunday as it has been 2 years since I went up on that summit last.

Exams!!

Hi there
First of all happy new year to everyone. I didn’t go out in Christmas eve neither in new year’s eve cos I am in nerd mode. I am not studying all the time but I prefer not to see the good things life provides us (sex included) in order to not crave anything these days. I satarted yesterday and I think it went OK. So untill 27 January I will devote myself to my studies. And after that you know: party party!!!!

Last week in Scotland!!

Hello people!! So that’s it, just a week is left.

I am preparing the exams . Today I have been studying a couple of hours and tomorrow again. I will try to go very early to the library but it will depend on the hour I will wake up because I won’t set the clock alarm. But it is likely to be 10 am as much as 6 am. If it is 6 am I will go to the swimming pool first since the library opens at 9 30 am.

Jordi and Mercedes (lovely people) left the house past week, and today a friend of the landlady came here to stay for a week. They will go on a trip next weekend with another friend who is coming this Wednesday,

Stephen (the new guy) Brenda (the landlady) Raquel and me had a welcome diner  at 7 pm. We had stuffed roasted chicken with a lovely sauce puddings (like “tartaletas”) small stemmed potatoes and some vegetables. I was stuffed and despite that, I ate a sandwich at 23 00. In my book it was because I was at the gym today and you know, after exercise you need so much food!! But anyway the dinner was really tasty and served with friendly environment. Good time there!!

Well, this week will be full of study, party etc

When I stroke it rich.

Hello people,

After my new girlfriend Rachel was on a trip with some friends finally I could see her on Monday at college. Since last Thursday night I didn’t see her and despite the fact I didn’t feel nervous, I could only sleep for 2+2 hours!! We were very comfortable since the beginning. This is not at all the love story  I was expecting. I still can’t believe it. It has to be destiny. I have to go into great detail with you face to face, but I think there are a lot of coincidences. In my book it serves me right and I am not going to be stupid and spoil this beautiful relationship because typical fears you can have when you are an immature man the utter bliss is right under your nose and you chose to be alone in order to take on a responsibility. With hindsight when I have been with a girl in the past I wasn’t selfish at all I didn’t push them to feel something that they didn’t feel and it helped me to learn about life. Something for which I am and will be very grateful to them.

On the other hand like it happened to me, a lot of things that came about to her, leaded her just right to me and to Bilbao. Bilbao!! I will kiss the floor when I get off the plane. Who doesn’t believe that? And going back to my new situation, for example we have plans just for the week after being here!! Among them, we have set out to go the the beach on 22 June. I will have to drink or take some drugs because I expect give all my best in the surprise event Javi is taking me as a gift.

So by and large it is going as far as things went in Big Brother but I think it has nothing to do with that. This is real!! So I hope introduce her to you my friends. We have another girl eager to drink txakoli, beer .. and whatever it is necessary to content you guys!! hahaha

This is quite personal but what the hell, who is in love would like to read it, and who is not will see that you don’t have to be worry about nothing. If you take care of yourself, you like yourself and you are happy, men and girls are not stupid, and right people tend to gather together.

Yesterday I spent the morning studying and today I have been now for a while, and I will go with the landlady to do shopping by car. I don’t have any food!! I will try to cook something tomorrow and persuade Raquel to come over to have lunch and study more after classes. A piece of cake!!

1 week for the exams!! Ah finally I don’t have time to do the last exams for Exxcel but I learnt a lot and I don’t mind the certificate I need to devote myself in my studies now more than ever.

Hello people!!

Just to update it a little bit. The speaking exams went well!! I took a nap 1 hour before so you can imagine how nervous I was haha!! The ADVANCE exam was at 3 pm and I had to do it with another guy because mi usual partner was doing it already. I was the last one so when I finished the CAE y went directly to the CPE with the guy from my class I understand the worst and another guy from Kenia who haven’t hear before so it was the worst case scenario. Still, I could manage to understand them and do a fair performance. So will see. I think the CAE is a pass, and the CPE …in the middle of the road (not bad).

After I went to the gym and to celebrate it. Mandragora from Navarra and a awesome girl included. I think I can’t sleep well now because of the pain in my legs and the shock about this girl still have haha!!

Today I will go with Sonia to walk to the mountains with her landlady and her group of walkers (the rumbles of Scotland) I will die today again… I want to go directly to the swimming pool, and the Iñaki Sonia and me will go to any of our houses here to study hard for the next exams.

Parties and exams

It is quite unwise and uncommon but I am having more parties in these last week than during the last 2 months. Last Wednesday a party, on Saturday I hosted another which was quite a success (We laughed a lot, speak and the food was good and everything would be impossible without such great company), and yesterday Jordi hosted his second one which was the best. Interesting conversation with genuine Scottish people, with very interesting stories to tell and philosophical topics to think about. The party started at 5 pm and they left at 12 pm of today. I stayed from 6 to 3 am but I couldn’t sleep until 5 because a fucking toothache.

Today I have been studying with Sonia Iñaki and more classmates and then the named before went to the gym to bowercise as these last 3 Tuesdays. Boxercise is an activity which consist of circuits (running push ups, crunchs..and some boxing) It is very light you can’t learn boxing there but you can burn fat what is great.

Ok guys I will see you soon. Wish me luck because in 2 days I will sit 2 of the most difficult exams of English in the world!! What is nothing comparing with what some of you usually do…

At least I think I will pass the advance …knocking wood.

I have already moved in!!

This house is lovely. I am with Jordi from Catalunya and Mercedes. Mercedes has done a potatoes omelete and they waited for me after being at the gym. I didn’t know!! So now I can cook, and I will surprise them with a delicious dish heheh.

Perfect the omelete. After 8 months it was great to taste that flavor again!!

So quite happy here, installed already and now even with desk to study here, and a good garden at the rear to sunbathe while studying. Perfect!!!

Ah! Furthermore I have now good curtains so the light won’t be a problem and noises less. I have good windows!! This room is smaller than a cell but after the later house and all the possibilities it has is perfect!!!
