What do I do to learn english?

Well, my experience says that a good way to learn english is to see tv shows. Is much better tv shows than films because normaly in the films there is much time without dialogues. My advice is to see series like friends, kyle xy, desperated housewives, the office..

They have not dificult vocabulary. beside, they have the most usefull words for a casual conversation. You can search the subtitles and tv shows here. I recomend you to search first the subtitles of the “series extranjeras” area.

At first I saw the tv shows like friends with the audio in english and the subtitles in spanish. After 2 o 3 seasons of friends, I start seeing each chapter with spanish subtitles the second time. So I saw the same chapter 2 times: the first to enjoy and the second to study. Now I see the tv shows in english the audio and the subtitles too. If there is any word unknown, I go back and put the spanish audio with a keyboard shortcut. Now for example, I see the third season of How I met your mother. There were the subtitles only in spanish but I don´t mind, just for relax.

Well if you do it usually and go to any english class too, much better. But this is for free and believe me, you will learn a lot!!
