Everybody tell that I improved a lot, more than anyone, but I think I have to improve muuuuuuuuuuuch more. I haven’t got a good fluency in my opinion. Maybe the topic was difficult. So here I am. Enjoy!!

Darling diary..

Tomorrow I have my training for work! It’s going to take place at 4 15 and will last 2 hours. I am eager to go there for the training, but one party came up this morning. All my classmates will meet at some classmates’ place, so what I thought it was going to be a calm normal night, it have turned into a wild party!!!!

I hope not to drink so much, and be fine tomorrow. And I think I will do it so.

Hi people, I am going to get the point. I have a job!!!! Yesterday I went out eventually and took pictures of halloween, because I was in the gym with Oscar, my spanish friend, and we went directly to party with another guy and 2 girls. I only drank 2 beers so I think I am more controlled. At 1 30 I was at home. Oscar and I laughed a lot in our way to home. And today was my interview!!! Everybody wished me good luck. It was really important for me.

So the receptionist encouraged me to wait for the manager in the counter of the pub, and I did so. After a few moments the manager told me to follow him with his hand, and we went to a big saloon where I think the celebrations will take place. He told me that a lot of people had told him that they knew to talk in English, and when it’s time to talk they don’t know, and they all are expelled. So I thought.. “I wish I wasn’t one of them…it will be hard anyway”. So  He asked me questions and I could managed to be on top of the situation, so he called to his boss, and I talked with him. I remember that I made both of them laugh, and finally the manager came with us, and told me that I had a job. We shook our hands, and they told me to come back the 11th of October to training because I need a license to serve alcoholic drinks.

A new kind of job. The opportunity to expand my knowledge and work experience. And it will be very important for my CV if I want get a good job as an engineer where team-work skills are required. I think the decision to come here will be one of my best decisions in my life. I also think that when I come back to Spain I will be eager to (tener ganas de) study hard and finish my career once and for all (de una vez por todas). So that’s all. I will upload some pictures and videos about HALLOWEEN soon.

Friday!!!

Wow sorry everybody!! I haven’t update the blog lately.

OK, I think it is due to I have been busy sleeping, training, studying, learning… I have just started to look for a job, and maybe I have already found something. It is an hotel where a friend of mine is working, and she left my CV. The manager looks like is interested, but he has to talk with me first to check my english level. The speaking maybe is my “akiles join” but I am going to do the best I can. There is a strong possibility that I will work as a bartender and waiter. I would have free food, and free drinks at the end. In the return to home, I asked a guy for a shortcut to my neighborhood  but he wasn’t from Perth, but we asked a woman so we could managed to find a good shortcut eventually. It is a big corridor trough the hospital, so the windy and rainy days I will be able to walk there tranquilly, calm while watching outside the rain, lightnings, umbrellas flying….

Ah, in a recent test I had a very good score. I was surprised because I was among the first 5 people of my class and they have a really good level. So, I am proud of myself, kiss,kiss.

And that’s all I am very hungry and I am going to prepare the supper.

My first trip

This Sunday it was my first trip. I met more people from the college. My first indian people I have met. They are studying aircraft engineering and they told me that 3 courses are 3 years!! Not like in our country, 5 or 7 years for 3 fucking courses.

I am disappointed with our educational system. In addiction, my timetable in bilbao is awful. It’s impossible to work at the same time, and here, if you are studying you have the opportunity to work part-time. I hope in my return is instaured definitely bologna treaty as I can study it all in english and quickly. Fuck them and their impossible exams which you fail when you know that you understand the whole subject and maybe you will never have to use it at work.

Anyway, the trip was interesting, I could practice my English more, see beautiful and breathless sceneries, learn a bit more about Scottish history, so by and large it was an interesting day.

The next trip wil be in 2 weeks. And Anna and I together were to signed in it so we only have to pay tomorrow. The rest of my class couldn’t sign in because it’s only a van or minibus for about 15 people.

What did happen last night?

Hi there. I had a great party last night. I think I am here better than ever!! The people are all nice with me as I am with them.

Yesterday I met with Anna at 9 20 pm and went to a pub where one of our teachers’ band was going to play. We were lost like aliens in perth, but finally we can find it. We had to ask.. So, to go in the bar we had to pay 4 pounds. It was disappointing for me because I didn’t want to spend what 2 beers cost only to be able to go in the pub, but I paid anyway.

The first band was a grunge band:

Afterwards, it was our teacher’s band turn. He plays on the bass. And in the video, you can see him behind the singer. I showed today to my classmates and were very surprised!!! His band is called: Threshold sicks and you can search it in youtube for more relative videos.They also have a website in myspace.

Then, we had a peeeeeee in our ears since the music was very loud. And we went to “loft” pub. We ran into a lot of people from the college and we were with our classmates. I enjoyed a lot. I was surrounded of beautiful girls. Believe me, it was one of my best nights.

I also have to say that I felt sober all the time. WTF!! And today I was the last survivor at classes because everybody who went out, were missing. They also told me by phone that they are proud of me hahaha!!! I think I could drink 2 liters of water this morning.
